Molekular Cooking in our Hotel at Kable's Restaurant. Here we got marinated raw Tuna with panfried Scallops, Soyasauce Noodle, Sesamoil Powder with Gingerspheres and Micro Herbs, she said iit was very yummi...and deffinatliy a new dinig experience
